Goenka obtained a Master of Business in Hospitality Management from the Victoria University of Technology in 2003 and is a Certified Sommelier from Court of Master Sommelier. Started his career withCrown Casino- Melbourne, Australia, Trader Vic’sRestaurant and Mai Tai Bar in Atlanta, Destin, Chicago, Los Angeles. Various restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County including Stonehill Tavern by the Michelin Chef Michael Mina at the Forbes 5-star St. Regis Resort Monarch Beach.
Goenka also took part in some interesting projects such as opening the Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse in Las Vegas for Chef Sam Marvin. He was a Group Operations Director at award-winning hospitality group Maximal Concepts in Hong Kong, where he was instrumental in restructuring the Food and Beverage operations and opening several unique cutting-edge concepts including a partnership with Mercedes[1]Benz to open Mercedes Me. Pallava was also involved with Mott32 from Hong Kong. Under his leadership, Maximal Concepts became one of the most awarded restaurant groups in Asia – even garnering the distinction for one of their bars,Stockton, as Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2016 by Lifestyle Asia.
Goenka along with Specialty Restaurants Corporation as Regional Managing Director, oversaw the operations of several dining destinations including the iconic waterfront restaurant The Rusty Pelican in Miami bringing it up as one of the top independent high grossing restaurants. Further, Goenka has been COO for Bulldozer Group- US & Hong Kong operations, overseeing several concepts across Miami, NYC & Hong Kong. In this role he was instrumental in opening NYC market with Osteria La Baia in midtown Manhattan, as well as managingTanuki in Miam  and Ichu in Hong Kong.
Most recently Goenka was with legendary brand Zuma as Vice President of Operations & Development North America and is responsible for all the North America operations and future development of the region. Other than hospitality, Goenka is passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures and cuisine, hikes in nature with his wife and practices professional and personal self-development.

Concept Creation
Goenka Hospitality will work with in-house award-winning team as well as external teams to create unique concepts and design.
Branding & Brand Strategy
We believe in a strong brand story that resonates with the audience and the operations. We will develop custom branding for your concept from logos to full branding package creating unique hospitality identities. Also work with existing branding to enhance the guest experience to reflect every touch point of the brand.
Pre-Opening
Goenka Hospitality work on various aspects of pre- opening from coordinating with Project Managers, construction teams, designers, to setting up pre-opening Operational elements.
Fractional COO
Will provide strategic and operational leadership in various aspects of the business based on the need of the operations and scope of work. Expert in turning around underperforming business and improving bottom line.
Operate & Manage
Goenka Hospitality management will ensure that both the back of house and front of house operations are run in an organized and efficient manner. Kitchen operations will be expertly managed by a seasoned chef with a strong emphasis on the Culinary program. Complementing a wellrounded Beverage program along with a strong focus on Marketing & PR strategy and People Development.

Varvara Goenka
Business Development & Learning
Varvara has experience as a serial entrepreneur in industries ranging from fashion, printing and design, to eventually moving into hospitality and psychology/coaching/training.

Originally from Russia, she lived in Asia for 13 years and United States for 8+ years. This multicultural background broads her understanding of different cultures, and training in psychology makes her excellent negotiator, communicator and connector.
While living in Hong Kong, Varvara helmed operations in Asia for Bulldozer Group – international hospitality group with 140+ restaurants worldwide, headquartered in Dubai. She successfully brought the company into Hong Kong market, with an opening project of $6M and signing two more locations. She then relocated to US and has been heading company business development here, successfully opening Pan-Asian restaurant Tanuki in South Beach, Miami, and striking a few more deals for group’s further growth in Manhattan, NY and parts of Miami.
Varvara also has a degree in psychology, leads personal and professional training and development programs. She was part of developing our signature hospitality culture of Being of Service.
